Shipping and Delivery Options

USPS Media Mail (2-8 Business Days in the United States)

 

*There are currently no shipping options for addresses outside of the United States.

Processing Time

Prints
I personally make the prints. I will print and ship your order within 3 business days. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Pins
All pins are made upon order through a third-party fulfillment service called Printify. Pins may take up to three weeks (21 days, excluding weekends and public holidays) to process. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

 

Custom Cards
Processing times are stated in the description of the Custom Card at www.wehaverhymed.com/product/13410655/custom-card

 

PLEASE NOTE: (For Prints and Pins) Due to the nature of these orders being custom prints, I need to know what design you want. If you do not insert a link into your order, I will reach out via email. Processing time will begin once I receive the design link. If I have not received a response within 72 hours, the order will be canceled and refunded. 

Cancellations

Please contact support at info@wehaverhymed.com to cancel an order prior to shipment. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.

Delayed Orders

In the case of delayed processing (please see "Processing Time" for expected wait times), customers will have the option to cancel their order for a full refund.

Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller’s liability. For delayed shipping, please first contact the shipping carrier for the item’s status. If you are still having issues, please reach out at info@wehaverhymed.com

Damaged Orders

We Have Rhymed is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product has arrived damaged, reach out to info@wehaverhymed.com so that we may assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Returns

  • IF YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT: Please see "Damaged Orders" in the shipping policy.
  • IF YOUR ITEM HAS A DEFECT: Please submit this Return Form describing what the issue is. Upon submission, you will receive a prepaid return label the email you submitted upon ordering. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery according to the tracking information. Once the returned item has been received, you will receive a full refund.
  • IF THE ITEM JUST ISN'T WHAT YOU'D HOPED FOR: It's fine! I get it. Please submit this Return Form describing what the issue is. Within 24 hours of submission, you will receive a prepaid return label via the email you submitted upon ordering. The item must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery according to the tracking information. Once the returned item has been received, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped outside of the contiguous United States of America (orders cannot not be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii).
